Tickets are not refundable except in the event that management cancel a tour - at which time all patrons will be notified in advance and be refunded

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to those not behaving according to guide instructions

Eerie Tours are not liable for any inconsistency which should arise if patrons conduct themselves contrary to guide instructions

Patrons will be advised at the time of booking if the tour should be booked out

Tours depart at the scheduled time and will not wait for latecomers

Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Not suitable for children under the age of 8. Parent discretion is advised.
